Our Policies
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:
A non refundable deposit of $100 must be paid at the time the booking is made. The balance for your event must be paid no later than 48 hours before the party. Extra fees may apply if the balance is not paid on time. Please call us at (864) 256-7452 for special circumstances. There will be a $100 cancellation fee for all parties or events canceled after payment is received.
PRIVACY POLICY:
RVG Spartanburg is comitted to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on this website to make bookings with RVG Spartanburg as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
TRAVEL/FUEL SURCHARGE:
A Travel/Fuel surcharge of $100 will be applied for locations in excess of 30 miles from our zip code of 29301 (Spartanburg, SC).
INCLIMATE WEATHER POLICY:
RVG Spartanburg trailer was designed for all types of weather conditions. The theater is insulated and climate controlled with both heat and air conditioning. There may be occasions when the weather does not want to cooperate with your scheduled party. Light rain is not terms for cancellation or rescheduling. Gaming will still continue inside the trailer. Since we are in the Spartanburg Area, If FLASH FLOODS, TORNADOES or HURRICANES are in the forecast, YOU MUST reschedule your event. In the event of other severe weather (lightning, very high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rains, snow or ice) we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff and equipment. If the threat of these storms threatens your party and you are aware in advance (pending or anticipated snow storm, tornado or hurricane) please contact us to begin the rescheduling process.
SUPERVISED CHILDREN POLICY:
RVG Spartanburg does require a parent or responsible adult to be present at the event. Children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult inside the trailer at all times. Toddlers must be carried and held at all times and are not allowed to play with controllers of other items in the game trailer. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS! Please let your guests know about our 6 and under policy.
FOOD/DRINK POLICY:
RVG Spartanburg does not allow any food or drinks inside the video game theater. Please have your guests consume them outside of the game theater.
ALCOHOL/DRUG POLICY:
We may and reserve the right to refuse, cancel or cut short any party or booking when alcohol is being served. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around the RVG Spartanburg equipment. Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the party immediately.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE POLICY:
RVG Spartanburg reserves the right to refuse service to client if we observe behavior which we deem to be a potential threat to our employees, guests or our equipment. Such behavior includes, but is not limited to, obvious intoxication, observed or suspected drug use, aggressive language or behavior, unsafe surroundings, etc. In this case, we may refuse to start a party or terminate an ongoing event.
DAMAGE/INJURY POLICY:
RVG Spartanburg or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the theater in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, RVG Spartanburg reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of same by client’s guests. RVG Spartanburg or their employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.
PICTURE POLICY:
While your party is in effect the Game Coach may be taking pictures of the party from inside the trailer. We may post these pictures on our Facebook Fan Page and/or our web site. (No names or addresses are posted.) If you do not want our Game Coach taking these pictures or posting them on Social Media or our web site please notify us via Email prior to the party, or be sure to notify us during your event. This is a service we provide to our guests so they can be sure to capture their party as it happens.
RVG Spartanburg Truck/Trailer:
When the truck pulls up, we will try to park in the most level & flat area or logical spot to accommodate your party. Sometimes, we park in your neighborhood street, so you might want to let your neighbors know (in case they may object) or let us know if you have a preferred spot for us. We might also have to block a driveway. **Please keep in mind that our Game Coach will not park anywhere that may cause a danger to persons, property or equipment. Our truck and trailer combination is very long and we will need a minimum of 60 feet of space to park. We will not park in driveways, yards or any other tight or dangerous locations. It has proven to be too dangerous to get such a large vehicle into residential driveways. We will only park on solid concrete/asphalt/gravel areas. Additionally our Game Coach will never park off of a hardened surface.
Video Game Ratings:
RVG Spartanburg will not play any “M” rated or higher game in the video game theater without a request from the client prior to the party/event or adult approval at the time of the event. If you wish to have an “M” rated game or higher at your party/event please contact us indicating the game(s) you prefer or let the Game Coach know as soon as you can after he/she gets there.
